Firmware for PWS2-30K/M

- A bug of a package was upgraded

Version:

• D147 S127(ST chip)/S503(GD chip) for PWS2-30K-NA three-phase;
• D207 S301(ST chip)/S701(GD chip) for PWS2-30K-NA Split-phase;
• D147 S213(ST chip)/S603(GD chip) for PWS2-30M-EX.

- The upgrade of monitoring updates the operation logic of the EEPROM, which fix the problem that the PCS repeatedly receives the same command, causing the EEPROM to reach the erasing times in advance and demaged.

• Version: D147 S126 for PWS2-30K-NA three-phase; D207 S3000 for PWS2-30K-NA Split-phase; D147 S212 for PWS2-30M-EX.
• - Add Leakage current DC component detector enable
• - When reach Topping charge voltage, PCS will enter standby mode
• - Meet Tor Rule21 certification
• - Add auto start mode
• - Under UL1741SA certification selection, the active power can be limited by register 801 and 802
• - AC relay detection can be closed
• - Add fan speed register
