Phase reversed

According to some of our first bunch of customers’ feedback, sometimes there would be a “phase reversed” warning after they wired the inverter with right colored cables.

At first, we thought that in different countries, the phase sequence may be defined variously, maybe in the US, the phase sequence is revered with Europe, China.

But after inspection, we found that sometimes, the electricians may make a wrong pre-wiring and wrong colors on the cables marking phases.

If the commissioning or testing meets a “phase reversed” warning, just change the wiring by exchanging 2 phases. There is possibility that the previous wiring could be wrong.
