Clear fault flag
When fault occurs, the Sinexcel inverter will stop operation with fault reporting. In this case, the Sinexcel inverter will not response to a start command before fault flag is cleared.
If the EMS finds that the Sinexcel inverter is in fault, the first thing is sending a stop regardless of the Sinexcel inverter status. Then several clear fault commands shall be sent to ensure it is not a fake fault.
If the Sinexcel inverter cannot jump to standby mode after several clear fault commands, it means that something serious really happened.
It’s recommended that the EMS sends a fault clear command every time before sending a start command, in case of there being a fault.
